Romanian Coastal Sub-Tree

This is my attempt at designing a sub-tree of Romanian naval vessels which could be used to flesh out the Italian coastal TT. The Italians need the most help when it comes to vehicles in their naval trees, and since Romania has been suggested as a potential addition to the Italian TT for tanks and planes, I feel as though their ships should be included as well! This represents just one possible configuration, and it may grow further as more research is uncovered on certain ships.
